Service 05 · Every rupee, measured.

Google and Meta ads management measured to the rupee.

Paid media is the fastest way to test whether your offer works. Done properly it is also the most accountable channel you own — every rupee traceable to an impression, a click, a lead and, when tracking is built correctly, a closed sale.

Tracking comes first

We do not launch campaigns until measurement is airtight, because optimising against broken data is worse than not advertising at all. That means the Meta pixel plus the Conversions API for server-side event delivery, Google Ads conversion tracking with enhanced conversions, GA4 configured with clean event definitions, and Google Tag Manager holding it together in a maintainable way.

Signal loss from iOS privacy changes and browser tracking restrictions is real, and server-side event delivery with hashed customer data is how you recover most of it. Without it, platform algorithms receive incomplete conversion data and their bidding degrades — which is the actual reason many accounts see costs rise year over year.

For businesses where the sale happens on the phone or over WhatsApp, we implement call tracking and WhatsApp click attribution so those conversions feed back into the platform. Otherwise you are optimising towards form fills while ignoring the channel that produces most of your revenue.

Google Ads: intent capture

Search campaigns capture people who are already looking. Structure decides efficiency: tightly themed ad groups, keyword match types used deliberately rather than dumping everything into broad match, and a negative keyword list that is reviewed weekly from actual search term reports. In India, a disciplined negative list is often the single biggest cost saver — a large share of wasted spend comes from queries you would never want to pay for.

Ad copy is written per ad group with the keyword theme reflected in the headline, a specific differentiator, and an offer with a real reason to act. We use every relevant asset type — sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, call and location assets — because assets raise ad rank and click-through at no additional cost.

Bidding strategy follows conversion volume. Accounts with thin data start on manual or maximise clicks with tight budget control while we accumulate conversions, then transition to target CPA or target ROAS once the algorithm has enough signal. Moving to smart bidding too early is a common and expensive mistake. Performance Max is used where it genuinely fits — retail, broad service demand — with asset groups, audience signals and brand exclusions configured so it does not simply harvest branded traffic you already own.

Meta Ads: demand creation

Meta works differently. Nobody is searching; you are interrupting, so the creative does most of the work. We build a structured creative testing programme rather than boosting posts: multiple hooks, formats and angles tested against each other with enough budget per variant to reach statistical relevance.

Account structure stays consolidated — fewer campaigns and ad sets with meaningful budget so the learning phase completes rather than restarting endlessly. Audience strategy leans on broad targeting with strong creative and conversion signals, supported by retargeting pools segmented by intent depth: video viewers, engagers, website visitors and cart or form abandoners each get different messaging.

Creative is produced in-house alongside our video and design teams, which means we can iterate weekly instead of waiting on an external supplier. That iteration speed is usually the difference between an account that plateaus and one that keeps improving, because on Meta creative fatigue is the primary cause of rising costs.

Landing pages and the offer

The ad gets the click; the landing page earns the lead. We build or optimise dedicated landing pages that match ad messaging exactly, load fast on mobile, present proof early, and ask only for the information you genuinely need. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage is the most common reason a campaign underperforms despite healthy click metrics.

We also pressure-test the offer itself. Frequently the best performance improvement is not a bidding change but a sharper proposition — a clearer guarantee, a free assessment, a specific price anchor, or a WhatsApp path instead of a form for audiences who prefer to chat.

Every landing page carries the full tracking stack, and we monitor form abandonment and scroll behaviour so we know exactly where prospects drop out.

Optimisation and reporting

Accounts are worked weekly, not glanced at monthly. Weekly work covers search term review and negatives, bid and budget reallocation towards what is converting, creative rotation and fatigue checks, audience and placement exclusions, and landing page conversion review.

Reporting focuses on the numbers that matter to your business: cost per qualified lead, lead-to-enquiry quality, return on ad spend, and where relevant, blended customer acquisition cost across all channels. We report qualified leads, not raw form fills, which means we need honest feedback from your sales team on lead quality — that feedback loop is what allows the campaigns to get sharper each month.

You keep full ownership of the ad accounts, pixels and data. We work inside your accounts, never inside an agency-owned wrapper you cannot take with you.

FAQ

Questions we get every week.

What is a realistic ad budget to start with in Pune?

+

It depends on your industry's cost per click and how many conversions the platform needs to learn. We size the minimum viable budget during the audit so the campaigns can gather enough data to optimise rather than stalling in the learning phase.

Google Ads or Meta Ads — which should I start with?

+

If people already search for what you sell, start with Google to capture existing intent. If your offer needs to be explained or demonstrated, start with Meta to create demand. Many businesses run both, with Google capturing and Meta building.

How soon will I see leads?

+

Search campaigns can produce enquiries within days of launch. Meta typically needs two to three weeks to exit the learning phase and stabilise. Meaningful optimisation data usually accumulates over the first four to six weeks.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

+

We usually work on a flat monthly management fee so our incentive is your cost per lead, not your spend. Ad budget is paid by you directly to Google and Meta from your own accounts.

Who owns the ad account?

+

You do, always. We request access to your accounts rather than running campaigns from an agency wrapper, so all history, pixels and audiences stay with you.

Why did my costs go up with my previous agency?

+

Most often it is creative fatigue on Meta or broken conversion tracking starving the bidding algorithm of signal. Both are fixable, and both are the first things we audit.
